My story
I first discovered kinesiology during a challenging time in my life. As a stressed-out secondary school teacher, I struggled daily with bloating and digestive discomfort that no prescribed medication seemed to ease. Desperate for an alternative, I turned to kinesiology—and was blown away by the results. Not only did it bring relief, but it also opened my eyes to the body’s incredible ability to heal when given the right support.
When my kinesiologist of 35 years retired, I felt bereft although I had hardly been to her for years. That moment inspired me to begin my own training, and after two years of intensive study and practice, I am now able to share the same life-changing therapy that once helped me. It hasn’t always been easy, but my instant connection with kinesiology and my many years as a client gave me a strong foundation to become a practitioner.
Alongside kinesiology, I trained in Rahanni Celestial Healing, which added a new dimension to my work. This gentle energy therapy allows me to help clients release emotional and spiritual barriers, supporting deeper levels of balance and transformation.
Nutrition has also been a long-standing passion of mine. From making smoothies in the 90s to exploring the latest health trends, I’ve always been fascinated by the connection between food and wellbeing. Through kinesiology, I saw firsthand how diet directly affects people’s health. This inspired me to study nutrition in depth, and I now provide tailored nutritional plans and guidance to support each client’s unique needs.
Today, I bring together kinesiology, Rahanni healing, and nutritional therapy to offer a holistic, compassionate approach to health and wellbeing—helping others find the balance, resilience, and vitality they deserve.
I welcome you into my peaceful home clinic in Loders, where we begin by gently going through your medical history and the information you’ve shared on your kinesiology client form before the session.
You’ll stay fully clothed throughout. Most people like to lie comfortably on the couch, but you’re very welcome to sit if that feels better for you.
Using gentle muscle testing, I assess how different systems in your body are functioning and where support may be needed. This helps guide us towards what your body is prioritising. Corrections may include nutritional support (vitamins, minerals, herbs or food sensitivity work), structural balancing, lymphatic techniques, emotional stress release and supporting the body’s natural electrical balance.
Each session is tailored to you — calm, collaborative and focused on helping your body move back into balance.
At the end of the session, I will give you suggestions of aftercare as well as recommend potential vitamins, minerals or exercises that showed as relevant during the session in order to improve your vitality and wellbeing.
